Final thoughts

Hello and welcome to my eighth blog post, how are you readers doing for today? Today, I'm gonna talk about my final thoughts on this challenge that I faced for the past four weeks.

To be honest, I lost all my hopes during the Armour sections. It was a disaster, like literally. I also wasted 70 dollars on a forms that ended up in the recycle bin. This is something that I didn't expected during my challenge. Who knew this was coming all along?

If only I'm more expert at making the form pieces, it would be a great success. But the events has been rewritten at the wrong time. Such as friend not coming to the event, the pieces was too hard to make, and even worse thing that could happened: losing your hope.

Ah, the youth is so cruel isn't it? No matter how hard you tried, but in the end, it always failed. Just like my school days. Sometimes you either get a good days and bad days, life can be such like an overdose.

However, to solve this solutions, I need more numbers and times to conquer this madness. I'm not giving up on this challenge yet. This project will continue and will be finish by the end of July.

From now on, I will post some random blog posts about myself and probably some experiences about my drawing skill.

Problems, everywhere.

Hello and welcome to my seventh blog post, how are you readers doing today? Today, I'm gonna talk about the problems that I wanted to tell you.

Currently, I have to drop the project for the Armour pieces. It's too difficult to make, measure, and spray paint the pieces. I also accidentally brought a wrong foam to make the Armour, which means I wasted 70 dollars for nothing. There's also another problem about the event. My friend Thea Gianoli, who's the one that making me do cosplay, cannot go to the event. She told me that she is saving her money for something else, something about education. Since she told me that, she told me to participate in the another event, at July.

Well, at least I have a plenty of times to solve this problem. Looks like I have to request the professionals to make me a chest, arms & legs bracers, and the shoes. I hope they'll make a fantastic job on details.

If I chose to make my own, it would probably be a bad idea. I mean, what if it looks bad? I'll probably become a jester, rather than a hero.

Speaking of problems, I have mentioned that the blue forehead part of the helmet didn't glow after I replaced the new AA batteries. I'm also gonna have someone to fix it as well, since I'm not good at electricity circuit wires.

Well, today blog post is about problems isn't it? Speaking of another problems, THERE'S TWO ANNOYING PEOPLES BEHIND ME WHO DON'T DO THEIR OWN WORK AND KEEP MAKING ANNOYING SOUNDS! OH MY GOODNESS! I CAN'T FOCUS ON TYPING UP THIS BLOG! I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT THEM RIGHT NOW!

Oh, sorry. I'm just letting my problems and frustration all out. It felt so heavy and a bit heat inside.
It's weird to let it out with my keyboard, instead of screaming out loud.

To end my seventh blog post, I have to inform you that there's a prequel of Kamen Rider Agito. It's not direct prequel, but the setting is in the same universe. It's called Kamen Rider Kuuga (仮面ライダークウガ Kamen Raidā Kūga, Masked Rider Kuuga). It was aired from January 30, 2000 to January 21, 2001.If you look closely, both have similar designs, especially the helmet. However, Kuuga is a Stag-Beetle, while Agito is a Western-Dragon. Kuuga might be stronger than Agito, but I liked them both.

Helmet arrived!

Hello and welcome to my sixth blog post, how are you readers doing today? After I have waited for 2 - 3 weeks, my helmet has finally arrived. It was... MASSIVE.

It was 1/2 scale. It fitted my head pretty well. There was one problem with this helmet ,that is, I CAN'T SEE WELL! Every time I breath out with my mouth, my sight got fogged up with my breath. The vision was also small. I hope I don't trip during the event, otherwise I would hurt myself or damage my suits. I'm a bit worried about this, since my morph suit vision is also very dark, wearing with this helmet makes it worse. I LITERALLY CANNOT SEE ANYTHING BUT DARKNESS!

That's pretty good!

However, I am satisfied with this product. It was well-made with spreadable horns, and best of all, comes with lights. This helmet required 4 AA batteries for the lights in the eyes and the forehead. Unfortunately, the wire of the forehead was loosen, so it doesn't work anymore. I'm planning to get it fixed during my school holidays.

So I have to make other costume parts such as Armour, Shoulder pads and Bracers. I have a problem with it. I'll discuss about this on my next blog.

To finish of my sixth post, why am I using a anime girl avatar picture? Probably because she's cute. Her name was Jibril from the anime called  "No Game No Life". She was quite old, 6000 years old. I recommended this anime if you're interested.

Morphsuit and Belt

Hello and welcome to my fifth blog. It's already fifth post! That was quick, isn't it? For today's topic, I had some few items that arrived today. It was a black morphsuit and a belt. (Alter Ring). Let's get some more details about those items, shall we?

The Alter Ring belt was.. unexpected. The size of the belt was very small, I can't even put it on during my first trial. Luckily, my torso are quite small. Also, there are a few damaged marks on the belt, since it was second hand product. I was okay with this, since no one is gonna look at my belt much anyway. Oh, and it comes with the sound! So uh, let me show you how Agito transform, shall we? Compare to the top and the bottom. The top one was from the show, the bottom one was me.

Don't call me an idiot, those poses are cool anyway.

And here comes another product, the blackmorph suit. When I first wore it, it was weird. I can't see much through it, it a bit dark. And the zipper was jammed for a while, I couldn't  take off my suit afterwards. However, I managed to take it out later. It was very annoying. A few of my products will come afterwards.


It would be a helmet, which has lights and spreadable horns.



To finish off my fifth blog post, I have to inform you that I am hungry now. I wonder if I could eat some pizza today.

Helmet, Belt and Unexpected event.

Hello and welcome to my 4th blog, how are you guys doing? Today, I'm gonna talk about helmet and belt. The main reason to talk about, is how am i gonna do this kind of shape? I mean, technically I'm not an expert. I gonna admit this: I can't make helmet and belt, I'm a failure. Did i give up? Nope, not yet. There's must be some solution for this kind of situation. Think, think, think... Ah! I've got it!

I probably need to buy a toy version of the belt, and a helmet from eBay. But the problem is, it will be expensive. The belt might be the hardest, since the show was made in 2001. The toys product was produced around 2001 as well. So yeah, I was 16 years late to buy some of that products that i wanted. Oh well, i guess second hand would be easier and cheaper. What about the helmet? I had a trust issue with eBay since my elder sister didn't receive her items long time ago. Good grief, I'm glad to remembered that. But since this is emergency, I had to order it. But the price was EXPENSIVE! 300 DOLLARS?! I COULD BUY AROUND 5 GAMES WITH THAT MONEY! WHAT?! EVEN THE SECOND HAND BELT COST 100 DOLLARS?! THIS IS INSANE!

Oh, sorry. I was a bit panic for a while. Anyway, my mom ordered the belt and the helmet for me. But she told me to study well, and i agree with her. I hope i don't break her promise, otherwise she won't believe me next time i ask her for the products that i wanted. This is the most important part, I assure you.



To finish off my 4th blog, I have to inform you something. There's a few peoples during my English period kept making very annoying sounds. I can't even focus on typing this blog. To all readers to just read my blogs, tell them to improve their behavior and manners, if you can. Thank you!

Hello and welcome to my third blog. Jungko's here to talk about my requirement for cosplay event. I'm doing well, if you're curious about my current status. Let's get back to the main topic for today. As you may know, I'm making my costume to participate my very first cosplay experience. The character I'm making was called "Kamen Rider Agito" (仮面ライダーアギト Kamen Raidā Agito, Masked Rider ΑGITΩ)

He was an ancient, mystic warrior. He had the power of light inside him, turning him into bone-crushing machines. He can transform into 6 different forms. He also became more powerful as the series progressed, as befitting an evolving Agito. He managed to achieve the powerful Burning Form, the stress and power of which made him fight with brutal, animalistic ferocity. The culmination was in his Shining Form, molting his Burning Foam and gaining the power of the sun. The main reasons he fought, it because he needs to defeat the vile evil lord of darkness called "The Unknown". Oh and his motif was Western Dragon.

Alright, now it's time to inform my readers what do i need. I need a lot of foams, black morph suit, a few paint sprays, cutting tools, ruler, measurement, paper, pencil and the most hardest part: his helmet and a belt. I can really find a way to make it?


To end my 3rd blog, I have to inform you that anime was fun and interesting to watch. Don't say that it's suck, you haven't try to watch it yet. I just don't understand why people hates anime when they didn't even watch it yet.

What is cosplay?

Welcome to my 2nd blog post. Jungko's here to tell you some more information about cosplay. I forgot to mention that Jungko is my nickname. In my country (Thailand), they had first name, last name, and nickname. Sorry again for having a complicated name to memorize. Anyway, to my readers who don't know what cosplay is, I'm gonna explain it to you. If you already know what cosplay is, just read it anyway!


So, what is cosplay you wondered? You basically dress up as one character and then you act like them. For example, you liked Harry Potter and you decided to dress up like him and act like the greatest wizard. It sounds silly, but it's true. Obviously, cosplay was originally from Japan. I find the Japanese word for cosplay a bit odd (Kosupure). Cosplay has been rapidly growing in number since the 1990s. And mostly performed in the events, commonly features of the fan conventions and social network.


Did you know there's a few male cosplayers cosplayed as a female character? I am skeptical, but it's true. Sometimes I think cosplayers are either a genius or an idiot. Either way, I admire the cosplayers who put their efford and souls into their outfit.

Hello? Is this on? Excuse me please. This is my first time making a blog post. I am Rahut Wangpattanasirikul. I'm sorry to have a ridiculous long name. Anyway, I'm a 17 year old student who is currently studying in Perth, Australia. I am not Australian, I'm from Thailand. My hobbies are drawing and playing computer games. My dream was either becoming mangaka or writing a novel in Japan. Oh, mangaka is basically Japanese cartoon artists. I also watch a few animes. Anime are also Japanese animated cartoons that comes with many genres and plot. For easier explanation, I'm an Otaku, which is a Japanese term for people with obsessive interests, commonly the anime and manga.




Tommorow, I am going to start my 1st project on making costume, the non-fiction one. And I'll be doing this outfit.  The person that you can see below, he was from one of my favorite live-action non-fiction TV show characters. The show was called "Kamen Rider Agito". Of course, it was Japanese. It was quite old as well, 2001! It was aired January 28, 2001 to January 27, 2002. The catchphrase for the series is "Awaken the soul" (目覚めろ、その魂, Mezamero, sono tamashii).
